Incorrect Item/Broken Item

If you received an incorrect item, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY TO BREWTFULLSHEBREW@GMAIL.COM TO GE A REPLACEMENT SENT TO YOU WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. A photo of the incorrect item and picture of the invoice MUST be sent to the email provided. If the photo or invoice can not be provided we can not send out the replacement item. When emailing, please put "Incorrect Item" in the Subject Box.

If you received a broken item PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECIEVING THE BROKEN ITEM as we will need to document this issue. You can file a claim with the United States Post Office at www.usps.om/help/claims.htm an follow the instructions on the site NOTE: It can take up tp two weeks or more to finalize the claim.

Lost/Stolen/Missing Package

Packages, lost, stolen, missing, or indicated delivered by the United States Post Office can be frustrating as we do understand. Please send us an email that your item(s) was lost/stolen as we will need to document this issue. If the package is shipped out correctly by the BrewTfull Tingz and it gets lost or stolen, we as the shipper is not responsible. You will need to file a claim with United States Post Office at www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. The claim takes up to 2 weeks. IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT A PACKAGE BEING STOLEN, PLEASE PAY FOR INSURANCE OR SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION!.
